Learn the traditional practices of yoga practices with an expert teacher. Swami Mukti has been teaching since 1978 in Australia and abroad. She has a unique depth of yogic knowledge and enjoys conveying this to the modern person. A typical group class consists of gentle postures, breathing and relaxation meditation. Class sizes are small with 8 - 10 people. This style of yoga is suitable for all ages. It is not an aerobic style of exercise and does not include handstands and headstands. Swami Mukti is available for individual consultation should you desire a specific home practice, or have life issues to be approached yoga psycho management.
